I like the simplicity of SQLite's "a file is all you need" approach so much, that I started to converge all my projects to SQLite. So far, I have not come across any roadblocks.
Can anyone think of a use case where PostgreSQL is better suited than SQLite?

Off topic, but I'm a bit of an amateur musician myself. I try to check out other musicians that I encounter, but I wasn't able to find anything about you or your music online. Do you have a bandcamp or something similar? The contrabass trombone is a really interesting instrument.
You surely know that scammy subscription models are rife in every space. That's why open-source champions like Matt are an inspiration. But nobody's perfect, so have a little grace.
I've been using it for months now, and the playlists generated are my top listened to playlists - I'm literally listening to them every day. Personally I'm super happy with it, and a few friends have also been using it quite successfully.
