Replying to the media with just "poop" is the textbook example of being Spartan, I would call that stylish and witty.

Of course, my opinion of the media is that they're shit and deserve all the bad treatment they get.

If you enjoy the terseness maybe you can be maximally terse by not posting.

I do have an Android tablet mostly sitting and a Linux laptop (running KDE) can I do it in a really seemless way?
butt____hugger · 3 years ago
Only through apps that work as RDP/remote desktop. You can't use native X/wayland screens with Android unless you root it.

Racket can supposedly compile standalone packages with the raco compile command (IIRC). Does anyone have experience with this?
butt____hugger · 3 years ago
They aren't standalone executables, they need to be distributed along with the lib folder that includes the racket runtime.

Hiring an engineer based on a tool they use is a great way to end up hiring no one.
butt____hugger · 3 years ago
It's more of an indicator of their (mis)understanding of basic fundamentals.

> I've also been informed by at least one C-level exec that it was vitally important that we prohibit North Korean internet users from using our website.

that's an order I would break; to do that goes against the principles of the internet.

I suppose I'm not getting hired any time soon.

yea, I'm not 'obedient' enough... I have principles like open internet, shared culture, freedom, and so on.

what's worse, I feel for Korean culture, split in half by AmeriRussian "interactions".

North Korea has a LOT of sanctions against them, if you provide them services you could go to prison.
