AI Startup is hiring fractional Product Designer + Frontend-Focused Rails Developer

They're looking for both a product designer and a frontend-focused Rails developer to join the team. They're open to a 2-person agency if the skill set matches, because these two folks will be working together.
I'm contracting with the team, and have been asked to bring in two more folks to help - so you'll be working with me, but directly for the company. Please fill out one of these forms if you're interested and I'll refer you to the company.

MorphMarket is the world's biggest marketplace for exotic animals (snakes, lizards, etc.) with over a million users. We're growing fast and branching into aquatics amongst other areas.
*Culture:*
We run a calm, zero politics, zero finger-pointing operation where the focus is on high-quality technical work, on improving as engineers, and on teamwork (in the sense of solving hard problems by communicating and sharing knowledge).

Knowledge of WebViews is a huge plus.
Other good skills to have
Django Rest Framework, Swift ,Expo ,App release processes and navigating app store challenges ,Shell scripting ,Kotlin ,Heroku ,SQL speed optimization ,React.js ,HTTP caching ,Queue systems ,AWS ,Multi-threaded code ,Long-form technical communication.

I am a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Google Style, with experience at both large and small organizations. I've been using Kubernetes since the very beginning, been actively working at scale, and worked across the stack and with diverse technologies. I'm looking to help small dev teams increase their velocity by implementing best-practices of Devops: CI/CD, Kubernetes Deployments, and effective Monitoring frameworks. I'm available for consulting on your initial setup, for fixing your build, as well as on retainer for operational Oncall, and can help set you up with devops practices for your whole team, or get your org set up for a whole team to handle operations.
