Anything for juniors?

Yes, in fact there is also a good number of conferences, for instance in less than two days https://2024.heartofclojure.eu/ starts in Belgium for instance (meet me there ;-) ).

We are writing a trading system for a small broker company in Clojure/ ClojureScript with a Datomic centered backend. The previous company some of us on the team worked at had the code-base also in Clojure/ ClojureScript.

How is the job market for juniors? Functional programming jobs seems to be anti-juniors when hiring.

Was in the same boat, but without money, so I made this [open source bootcamp](https://github.com/Lesabotsy/bootcamp). It has everything to get you from 0 to a competent junior and you would be able to pass interviews. All free resources, in English, from some of the best universities in the world. Now I work as a back-end java developer, fully remote btw.

I'm building a Zillow for Europe (https://homestra.com) which is focused primarily on expats and remote workers. Growth is steady and revenue slowly going up (sales cycles on this are brutal).

My other side project (https://webtastic.ai) has become my main work now since it has grown quickly since the last time I posted on HN

Are you building this alone or with a team? Kind of impressive if alone.
tsingy commented on Ask HN: Are you seen less and less remote jobs?    · Posted by u/PepGuardiola

Nope, I see almost nothing but remote. I'm sure it depends on what site you use to search, and whether your search includes your location or not. If you search for local jobs... you find local jobs.

Any site you recommend for searching?
