Over in Japan, some of the taxis now play ads (obnoxious audio included!) for the passengers to watch.

they've been playing ads for 15 years. It's not new. It is annoying but there IS always an off button on the screen - in Japanese.

What's the point of robotaxis if you can't screw in them? Are you just supposed to stare at your phone with all that extra time?
They'll probably eventually get shittified like everything else and refuse to move if you're not staring at ads in the cabin.

I'd just post the videos in public. The riders will hopefully get fired from their jobs as their employeer's can't handle the controversy and quickly people will learn that sex is a robotaxis is sex in public and learn to behave.
I have no problem if you buy your own level 5 car and have sex in it. I have a much bigger problem with people having sex in shared vehicles that are not cleaned between riders.

My wife and I prefer navigating with Apple maps after Google Maps stagnated for years and years. Apple's voice instructions are incomparably better.
what alternate reality is this? Google Maps has never stagnated ever. Tons of new features have been added every year since it was first created. Go read the maps blog posts, watch the google i/o videos, or just search for it and you'll see 10s of thousands of articles listing the new features from each year.

One thing that happens when you learn to build web things using React before learning html, is that you don't care about links.
When I joined my team, all links were buttons, random elements, or <a> with onClick. Nobody complained, but that meant ctrl click was useless, right click did not give you the options you wanted.
This is the only thing I'm a dictator about. There is zero room for negotiation when it comes to links.
You should go work for pornhub since their links don't work like links
