As someone currently working to move a large enterprise to GH Actions (not quite, but “yaml-based pipelines tied to git”) - what would discipline look like? If you can describe it, I can probably make it happen at my org.

I have been looking at repo templates. That by default include basic ci checks for example.. linters for anything you can think of

I remember them as mascots. I don't remember any scam. Weren't they just there to tell you put money in your CBA savings account?

There was such a thing as interest back in 90s, right? It might have even kept up with inflation?

Monthly account fees were a drain, but they didn't kick in until you turned 18 (later if you bothered to prove you were a student).

Dig deeper its a ummm... CBA made billions :/ this is trying to wake it back up https://www.morningstar.com.au/insights/personal-finance/249... back then laws in banking were much more relaxed compared to now. I'm trying to raise awareness for a friend I understand his views on the topic

felt the same tbh.. - u won't believe how many trouble previously was needed to go through to get this vendor to acknowledge a CVE >.> - hard to believe this is the whole story.. maybe they learnt finally not to try and shove shit under the carpet. who knows. I doubt it.

Op here. It was but a very muddy timeline... there was also a wildfire cve which I didn't detail due to how it was discovered (long story) but playing responsible is good!

Interesting that they use Go. I'd have thought most products in this space would be using C or C++.

Caught me by surprise as well

I feel like I’m missing something.

Isn’t this blog post effectively “we patched our firewall, things broke, we made a support case, and the vendor investigated and filed a CVE”?

lidder86 · 9 months ago
Long story short. We patched the firewall things broke... we spoke to TAC they had no idea kept just saying it was client so we went log digging realised it was a DoS and sent it over to PSIRT and they confirmed it and raised the CVE

sshuttle go have a read much nicer for tunnelling... sshuttle -r user@host 10.0.0.0/8

Anything on 10/8 automatic tunnel it's pretty much a vpn over ssh
