TrailerSpoiler.com [0]

It annoys me how much a bad trailer can spoil the movie, so I made this platform to rate trailers how "spoily" they are and how good they are. To my surprise, you find some great trailers without many spoilers, but then you will have trailers which are basically a 3-min summary of the movie.

I am fiddling with some language learning utilities myself. Can anyone recommend some relatively simple ways of tracking users' knowledge of a given language? Something like having a sorted frequency list of words/phrases/concepts, and tracking how many times each word has been seen vs used correctly vs used incorrectly, etc.?

I believe this does not have to be perfect, simplicity is preferred. But it should be just enough for an LLM to take a glimpse and estimate users' level in given language.

I developed a few utilities to help me track the words and expressions I know in a language (and also see which words in other languages are missing). Tried to port it to an app [0], but it's not perfect yet.

Phoenix.new is about remote agents, while Tidewave integrates with your app running on your machine!

Why does it forward to https://tidewave.ai/ when I type http://localhost:4000/tidewave ?

I especially like the “Team” section of this page. Great recognition given to everyone who participated in this project, all the way to the humblest architecture school intern!

The attention to details, it's probably sorted by their contributions in percentage as well (not sure how to get that for such a project, but nvm).

I’ve created a few "daily puzzle" games (e.g., [0] and [1]), and it still surprises me when I meet a random stranger who occasionally plays them. Even now, I can’t quite explain why people keep coming back to the site every day. But maybe for many, it's just a small daily ritual to distract for a few minutes.

IDK, possibly the worst UX I've ever interacted with.

Idk why people are always so harsh online. This is clearly stated as "experimental".

I am trying to figure out how to do marketing for my journaling app for language learning. Basically, you journal in a foreign language and see grammar and other mistakes directly in the app: https://langdiary.com

I managed to ship my journaling app [0] focused on language learners. Basically, you write your journals in a different language and see corrections.

Gonna focus on marketing and improving the app.

Can you give more info on that? the website is not very clear what it is, so basically it's an app to learn languages?
