Kagi Assistant allows you to do search with LLM queries. So far I feel it bears reliable results. For instance - I tried couple of queries for product suggestions and came back with some good results. Whilst it’s a premium service , I find the offering to be of good value.

Does it just start a search or does the chat continue with the results? Would be cool to continue the chat with result, which were filtered acording to the blacklist.

There is more to it than this. My children have had severe food allergies since birth: we know this b/c they had reactions to breast milk based on what mom would eat.

The also have had eczema since birth and one developed life threatening asthma at one year old. His trigger is the normal cold virus which he is constantly exposed to.

With that said, however, my kids are filthy all the time and play outside constantly in the dirt. One of the seven allergies has resolved completely and one appears to be resolved (haven't done a full challenge yet). No luck with the other five foods yet though.

We don't know about the asthma. Seems better but its managed with meds. Its also way scarier than anaphylaxis (and will be triggered by anaphylaxis and gets worse over the course of a week until he is in the hospital unless we aggressively treat it the moment he has breathing symptoms). The eczema comes and goes. Sometimes it responds to various treatments but usually it doesn't.

Its complicated. But kids should be filthy most of the time.

Sound very stressful. I hope you and your family are doing well. I had problems with asthma in kindergarten and it is very scary for the first few times, after that I at least knew the drill and that I wouldn't die.

Dithering is something of a lost art now that our displays can handle millions of colors in high definition, but it can be a striking artistic effect.

If anyone thinks their websites are too colorful, I made a pure JavaScript web component to dither images on client in real time, taking into account the real pixel size of the current display.

Very cool, but the image in the bottom of the page flickers when scrolling.

You don’t need them to eat kebab. Just put on your books that you sold a lot of kebab. Do it in cash. Buy some meat and throw it out if you want, and you’re fine.

Yeah that's how it's done. The other comments are overcomplicating it.

I don't golf and I also don't watch golf, but banning of Aimpoint doesn't seem to make any sense. It isn't any crazy technology, which gives a player an unfair advantage. It's just feeling the green and holding a hand up.

I get kinda pissed at any program that creates a visible directory.

Also dot files and directories in my home. Why do programs decide to treat my home like a junkyard?

Agreed. I consider myself an AI skeptic, but this reads like the first-draft ramblings of someone who's never heard of the Gartner Hype Cycle.

> High quality, healthy food is much more expensive per calorie than hyperprocessed, high calorie/low micronutrient, carcinogenic food.

Largely true, but frozen vegetables are inexpensive. And they are healthier than fresh vegetables. Veggies are the key to good health for the poor.

It was for a university assignment, I am not sure if I could or should share it.

If you don't share the task description or other materials provided by your university, I don't see the problem with sharing your essay. (Not a lawyer)

well the CCC crowd has many years of experience on their belt dealing with the absurd amount of traffic that only a nerd conference can sustain - and they do all of it on their own, the only thing the venue has to give them are rooms, power and fiber uplinks. CCC erects a whole damn ass datacenter and tears it down in a few days, that's a massive expense both financially and in volunteer time. Oh and on top of that comes all the video streaming and recording infrastructure, that stuff is rivaling actual large TV networks from what I hear.

In contrast, for almost all other venues, providing networking is the responsibility of their owner, and they plan their networking gear not for the "one conference to rule them all" but for your everyday trade show.

Are there behind scenes videos of their wifi setup? I haven't found any.
