I have lead numerous teams for years in a dev shop environment. From working directly with clients to understand their organizational need, to mandatory code review, to setting up DevOps tools to enable devs to do their work effectively, to automating deployments workflows to ensure care free weekends. I am battle tested in overseeing the entire process with deep technical understanding.

Work is fundamental part of society and will never be eliminated, regardless of its utility/usefulness. The cast/class system determines the type of work. The amount (time) of work is set as it was discovered additional leisure and to reduce it does not improve individuals happiness.
