There must have been something lost in translaction as the Soctiabank Arena is right beside Union station.

Perhaps they were talking about Maple Leaf Gardens? It is a more substantial walk.

What is not e-ink? GP said that Garmin is AMOLED and according to [0] pebbles are e-ink/e-paper. Can you clarify?

Otherwise I agree. I would love an opensource fitness watch though, but I understand why this is not (yet?) possible.

e-ink is not a synonym of e-paper. Reflective LCDs are a type of e-paper.

In Sweden, areas near airbases have been suffering from health complications from pfas which was used in firefighting exercises. There have been long running court cases trying to get compensation.

The Canadian forces have also caused contamination due to the same reason. The Department of Defense have been testing the wells around the bases and notifying residents. There are also court cases pending as it seems like the Military was very slow to react.

Well, there are some teachers who moved into the streaming side of the industry and started earning well over 10x their teacher salaries. And the streaming side is pretty tame compared to the "professional" production side of things.

At the end of the day, there's a lot of money in that profession, and I can certainly see how someone would cherish the money it produced for them. It's far from the only industry which participants will age out of quickly.

The article says the B in EFB is "bag." Seemed strange to me, but I'm not familiar with the term. Do you think the article got it wrong?

No it's not wrong. The EFB replaces the contents of a traditional physical flight bag: binders full of charts, manuals for the plane, Airline documentation etc.
