What would happen if they started writing the articles to a blockchain? It would be functionally impossible to remove, right?

Until somebody adds CP.

Yes, but the “any domain with sci-hub in it can be taken down without further legal action” is not standard for actions against domains; usually it is seizure or other action against specific domains.

Cloudflare isn’t a monopoly/chokepoint to the extent that actions against domain registries (via registrars) are.

Taken down or siezed?

Browser-based ad blocking is pretty easy to bypass for companies like Facebook if they really want to. They already have their own ad network, so they will start serving all content (messages, ads, videos) from the same server with no way to distinguish between them programmatically.

At least, peformance-wise, that would be nice.

The Wizard with Fred Savage.

So, maybe 30 years?

I have often wondered about the affects of pesticides on foods made with cord by-products, like syrup, etc.

US here, got issued a chipped card about a year ago and noticed quickly that any attempt to swipe with my card would be greeted with an error message and instructions to insert the chip. For all systems I've seen, it seems that if the merchant accepts chips and if the card has a chip, the chip must be used, regardless of any user reluctance.
220V_USKettle · 7 years ago
Most readers I have experimented with in the US will allow a swipe after 3 unsuccesful chip reads (inserting card in opposite direction w/ chip exposed).

Then how come I don't see Zuckerberg and Sandberg behind bars yet?

Don't tell me there is none, or never been a sex trafficking thru Facebook.

There is no ticker symbol for backpage in their portfolio.

If I post a comment about prostitution on HN, HN is not liable

Are you sure? And are you in a position to be making that call?

No jury is going to convict the CEO of Reddit because someone somewhere posted a comment about prostitution on a subreddit.

That's probably why Reddit eliminated basically all the subreddits related to prostitution. They're also probably less concerned about their CEO being jailed than they are about massive fines.

I think the biggest issue is having your domain seized prior to trial and conviction.

MX records are gone at that point, so the press cannot contact general counsel for comments.

Seems like a stretch to call this “transfer learning”. Maybe training on Sonic and testing on Mario.

Would be cool to see some kind of adversarial competition. You train to, say, beat a game level but you test to beat someone else’s submission. (Short on the specifics, I know.)

Yeah, any side scroller...so dying is bad, but getting hit and shrinking or losing all your rings is not as bad, killing enemies is good, and collecting a power-up is good, but only when it matters.

Anything else?

Like BDD for AI.

This guide really has no audience. If you are responsible for a K8ts cluster you will need a depth of knowledge that requires knowing why. If you are using a hosted K8ts then you only need to know potential issues (why again). No one needs to know only what to do.

No need to turn it into a blackhat's roadmap.

Having anybody else being able to enumerate portions of your infrastructure is not good.
