The agentless aspect of Ansible is great. So is the idempotency if used correctly. Once you get used to the Ansible way of working, I think it's hard to beat.

what do you think caused this? I was minding my own business in a normal repo then all of a sudden
Is there anything in the full path to the repo that may have Unicode chars? Otherwise, use strace or similar on the git status command and examine the output of that.

Niger has opened their arms to the Russian military [1], who will do nothing but plunder them and descend the (formerly democratic) country into more poverty and chaos.
They deserve to reap the fruit of their corruption and incompetence.
As someone from Africa, this is a major step in the right direction. The parasitic USA must be kicked out of all our countries.
