So I use capstone regularly. This sounds like a ui layer on top?

I wrote this code the night of the twitter post, but was beat to the punch. I sat on it for a while and then the story changed Kellyanne Conway claimed the video was just sped up not doctored. So I sat a little longer and It did not seem like anyone had a good way to tell if frames were added or removed. Worse yet even if they claimed they had no way to visualize the data. Here is my attempt to do just that visualize the difference in motion.
