According to the article (with citations), the pictures of starving children are of sick(not starving) children.
Paywalled or not, the subtitle says:
"The Israeli government criticized news outlets for running a photo of an emaciated Palestinian boy in stories about starvation in Gaza despite him suffering ‘from cerebral palsy’"
Note that there are other claims of false Hamas allegations, and a lack of journalistic integrity, with reasons as to why. So no, it's not just about one photo.
The article also alleges that Hamas is actively preventing people from getting aid, now that a US based organization is in charge of distribution, just as it was preventing Israel from distributing aid effectively.
Taking one side's explanation for what is happening, seems dubious at best.
Prepare to be downvoted and flagged into oblivion for simply stating facts instead of falling in line with the mass cult propaganda.
Apart from using a Mac, what can you use for inference with reasonable performance? Is a Mac the only realistic option at the moment?
