Freelancer developer with a corporate background. I've built large websites for Microsoft, Vevo, and MySpace. In my freelance career I've done fullstack work from Swift/iOS/ObjC projects to Angular/React/Redux/HTML5/Node/Mongo projects.

Remember when voice commands for your computer came out? It was cool but nobody talks to their computer. They won't be talking aimlessly in their kitchen either.

This is such an odd statement as it's already been proven false. The Echo is already quite popular. I gave one to my 70 year old technophobe mom and she uses it in the kitchen all the time. I use mine everyday.

It would be valuable to establish a track record for a home that might be sold in the future, or perhaps during the sales process a home could be sampled by a certified home inspector.

My guess is in general the Real Estate market doesn't want this. What happens if it tests positive for something? Do you start tearing down all the walls until you find the issue? Suddenly the house is unsellable and a huge money pit for the seller or new buyer.
