because there's nothing to show

  We reached the point of rat habituation but didn’t start training. Our rats (Todd, Kojima, Gabe) aged out before full testing. The setup works, but behavioral validation is pending.

What do you mean by that? What's wrong with a simple

  WHERE id IN (id1, id2, id3, ...);

slim · 7 days ago
it's very slow and resource consuming

I recently used it to boot a ~1996 Compaq Presario from CD-Rom to image the hard-drive to a USB stick before wiping it for my retro-computer fun :)

It's kind of sad to hear "adult" people claim in all seriousness that it's reasonable that a kernel alone spends more memory than the minimum requirement for running Windows 95, the operating system with kernel, drivers, a graphical user interface and even a few graphical user-space applications.

I got this insight from a previous thread : you can run linux with gui on the same specs as win 95 fine if your display resolution is 640x480. The framebuffer size is the issue

Tiny Core also runs from ramdisk, uses a packaging systems based on tarballs mounted in a fusefs and can be installed on a dos formatted usb key. It also has a subdistro named dCore[1] which uses debian packages (which it unpacks and mounts in the fusefs) so you get access to the ~70K packages of debian.

It's documentation is a free book : http://www.tinycorelinux.net/book.html

I anticipate this will be used by UI frameworks to transmit a very long list of item ids selected by the user using check boxes. Which will cause suffering to the backend devs dealing with relational databases

No shit. 80%+ percent of the country is rubble.

it's a nitpick, but country is Palestine, and Gaza is part of it

Thanks for mentioning your Youtube serie, have you considered doing it in English?

The Youtube auto-dub stuff is pretty bad and the subtitles are quite good but hard to follow with all the vim motions on top of it!

Your writing is in English and your code comments too... English was not my native language but I'm fluent now. So unless you are targeting specifically the Italian viewers, you would reach many more people in English. Your content is worth being international I feel.

have you considered learning italian ? it's not that difficult once you know english
