Is this similar to Briar? I reckon a cool feature would be the ability to create a poll.

Use case? You're in the middle of a protest. Where to next?

I vastly prefer CGNAT to IPv6, because CGNAT preserves my privacy by default, and IPv6 eliminates it by default. It’s that simple.

While it’s possible for an ISP to unmask me on CGNAT (Verizon and AT&T did in the early smartphone days)- and it’s possible for an ISP to NAT/Wildcard my IPv6 address for privacy - it’s the default in 99% of the cases; and I prefer default privacy to the ability to be directly addressable at home.

But how do you host services through CGNAT though?

Phone cameras can see in IR. A classic trick to test if your TV remote is working is to look at the LED through a digital camera while pressing a button. Try it right now if you don't believe me.

What's missing is screens which can display meta information in the IR channel. I say we call the image format IRGB.

Also a good way to detect hidden surveillance cameras at night.

So what happens if you're standing in the path of a milimeter wave beam from a tower trying to reach a user behind a wall?

I've been in disagreements with SEO people quite frequently about a "Noindex" directive for robots.txt. There seem to be a bunch of articles that are sent to me every time I question its existence[0][1]. Google's own documentation says that noindex should be in the meta HTML but the SEO people seem to trust these shady sites more.

I haven't read through all of the code but it assuming this is actually what's running on Google's scrapers this section [2] seems to be pretty conclusive evidence to me that this Noindex thing is bullshit.

While that's great, there should be instances where crawlers should ignore noindex directives. For example, all .gov sites.

And if you don't want to switch, there are things like privacy badger[1] and ghostery[2]? Although, strangely Privacy Badger does not seem to mention their chrome extension[3].

Interesting. I didn’t know this was a problem. Kanji uses chinese characters. If sorting has been solved for chinese character, I’m assuming that the existence of Chinese dictionaries mean that sorting is no longer an issue, then why can’t the same method be used for kanji characters?

Scanning isn't going to work if its an IPv6 network. I would just use wireshark and the busy device would probably be your camera it it's on the network.

And probably don't use an IPv6 network if you're the host unless you want to hide a device on the network.
