I think that bootstrapped startups are more likely to be slingshots than rockets. Given lower fundings, but more skin in the game for the founder(s)

Science studies the physical and measurable. Consciousness isn’t physical or measurable. That’s why the “hard problem” sits outside what science, by definition, can explain.

In high school mechanics is taught almost entirely in the Newtonian framework. Hard to even comprehend Lagrangian mechanics with a higher education and abstract thinking.
