It boggles my mind how long it's taken for mainstream science to consider keto and carnivore diets. Everywhere, we're seeing that it's blood sugar that is the key factor in health.

Meanwhile, over on r/ketoscience, we're seeing tonnes of evidence in the health benefits and major milestones in cancer treatment (among other diseases). But few are talking about it.
