Hello there! We’re Jan & Aaron from WebUp (small agency making proper websites for local shops, cafés, mechanics, etc.). Looking for someone to find small businesses with bad/no sites and connect them to us. Remote, commission-based, flexible hours. Not a full time job.

Your tasks:

- Find bad/missing websites (Google Maps, Yelp, etc.)

- Contact owner via email/phone

- If interested, book free intro call with us

- Send us the lead - we take it from there

Pay: €10–20 per qualified lead + 15% commission if they become a client (avg. project ~€1500). Example: 10 leads × €15 = €150 + 2 clients × €225 = €450 → €600/mo; with more deals €1–2.5k possible.

You: Comfortable talking to owners, can assess websites, reliable. Cold outreach - some won’t reply, some will thank you. Only paid for results — no fixed salary.

I would argue you want to get base levels of front end development knowledge to begin with without AI. Frontendmasters is good for modern tech stacks, but much easier to master JS CSS and HTML in vanilla formats using w3schools and khanaccademy etc.

In my opinion you can't solely rely on ai you need to get up to speed on terms definitions and patterns

You assume I'm ignorant and grumpy, though. My response to the ghost was simply to say that last post wasn't me, and I really was thankful to work with a great bunch of people. However, the possibility that an employer will post as you on Slack should be taken very seriously. Perhaps my case isn't much of an error mode (setting aside feelings of creepiness) but consider the possibilities!

Try to assume the best in people and their actions and your life will likely be better for it.
