When I read the comments I can’t really tell if it’s all a joke or not.

Good chance those coins are 100% traceable. They were lost in the days before good privacy tools like mixers, and the database of the biggest exchange MtGox was fully leaked so everyone knows the real name, email, bank details, and date of birth of the owner of every old coin.

Very pleased I disposed of all mine long ago, and the Blockchain shows that so nobody tries to kidnap me for the keys.

That’s what someone who hasn’t disposed all of the coins would say.

Self driving car is far more plausible, we drive cars with visual input alone. But a camera can't chemically analyse the insides of your dish.
improbableinf · 5 months ago
That’s exactly the point. We drive cars with visual input alone and have so many crashes, injuries and deaths every day.

“You can count calories and sugar content of the meal using just a camera”

“You can have a full self driving car with just a few cameras”

In a way both things are very much similar and the real accuracy is more of a fiction than reality.

How many people in my city or neighborhood must install the app (and use it, watch notifications) for it to serve its purpose?

It of course depends on the disaster, but in case of war this app can be used to find survivors for purposes other than saving them.

Great idea though.

genius!

[edit] I realised as soon as I pressed send that immediately there will be a service that let's you open 8 accounts and seamlessly operate them as a single one.

That can be a paid feature for business accounts

Great idea, but it should be open 24/7 with eight 3-hour windows. One account can only use a single window during the 24-hour period. This will handle the timezone differences.

The only person/institution to buy Chrome in the current setting would be EM. It would make sense to embed xAI all over it, make Twitter a home page. I can see it play really well for Musk, not so much for the users though.

I can even see him spending less money on it than during Twitter acquisition.
