What I find weird about social media is that using it never really "feels good". I can go back to when FB was the addictive app back in 2015 or Insta/Tiktoks now, you'll find something funny here and there but beyond that it leaves you feeling worse than when you started using it. It might also be a side effect of getting old but Twitter and LinkedIn feel particularly triggering with so much rage bait

Like let’s be real here. The first thing I did was fire up a massive browser and went straight to pornhub.

Just to be clear, the Vision Pro does have its niche. As an example, SadlyItsBradley (VR leaker guy) keeps talking on Twitter about how he uses his daily.

Also, if the people who say it hurts would get a third-party strap, I bet they would feel better. I use a halo strap on my Quest 3 and it makes it way more comfortable.

The music that Suno generates as anti-folk is pretty aesthetic, but when you read into what anti-folk is meant to be as a genre, I can't help but feel that an AI algorithm spitting out music and lyrics is pretty far from anti-commercial ethos espoused by the antifolk movement.

It’s too bad AI is associated with commercialism when it’s a product of academia.

Good for them. They get so much hate online I think because it’s such a “why didn’t I think of that” idea. People are jealous of their success I feel.
