ChatGPT likely has multiple levels of controls in place to prevent it from digging too deeply into members of this globally impactful family. Seems like this control was set too tight.

ChatGPT can and does say "David de Rothschild" and "David M*e*yer de Rothschild", though. It just locks up if it specifically says "David Mayer".

Hetzner colo's for their US servers/locations. Perhaps their US bandwidth rates are much higher than their own DCs?
