If they just focused to produce a good browser, they would be way ahead. And time when you could get $100Ms from Google are slowly coming to an end. Money attracts grifters and this is what brought them down from my perspective.
Now, just to be honest, I wish they find a way. We always could use alternatives. Just don't expect this alternative to come from Mozilla.
I love Omarchy, I am sure Cachy is great, just don't feel the need to change much of anything.

I was settled on NVim and VSCode, then I discovered Zed, which is fantastic.
I guess you should not keep your life closed for new experiences. Everybody loves fast and responsive software, what can I say.

At least to me, this is totally fresh take on AI and providing answers. OpenAI is burning through billions without trying to make nicer interface or just come up with some innovation how to train models (Qwen and Minimax). Unlike Claude who tries to smother you with content and emojis, I got clean and focused answer to my query and an app.

Now, would I prefer to use vs code with an extension instead? Yes, in the perfect world. But Cursor makes a better, more cohesive overall product through their vertical integration, and I just did the jump (it's easy to migrate) and can't go back.
