ddmma commented on GPT-5.1: A smarter, more conversational ChatGPT   openai.com/index/gpt-5-1/... · Posted by u/tedsanders

I don’t want more conversational, I want more to the point. Less telling me how great my question is, less about being friendly, instead I want more cold, hard, accurate, direct, and factual results.

It’s a machine and a tool, not a person and definitely not my friend.

For us, every .NET upgrade since .NET 5 has gone surprisingly smoothly and reduced CPU/RAM usage by 10–15%.

We were even able to downgrade our cloud servers to smaller instances, literally.

I wish .NET was more popular among startups, if only C# could get rid of the "enterpisey" stigma.

Had the privilege to be consistent on C# development against the tide. NuGet was pretty generous during the years and VS26 is catching up with the small VS code frontend page cousin.

Facts are public domain and can't be copyrighted (you can only argue your creative expression of them, ex in a textbook, is yours).

But I suppose that wouldn't apply to disinformation. So your made up bullshit is yours to keep!

I was referring to the fact that disinformation is helping platforms to make traffic and attract profits, is not seen from a negative impact on society. Copyright content is causing losses therefore is taken seriously in al sort or verifications.

One that laughs at the end laughs better. The superior intelligence “magic” was from beginning of time. It takes some kind of special skill to monetise on this level.
