The keychron K10 max seems closest to what I want and has the keytops I want (with a bit of rearranging). The UK keytops are the closest to what I want,

I already use Karabiner to swap a few things, so that's probably the closest.

Just need to be able to get blue switches, I WFH and there's no one around to be bothered by the clicking.

Considering I started "typing" on an ASR-33, and then an original IBM PC, I want the clicks :)

I got the smaller K7 gen2 with their now-discontinued clicky blues and love it; really like the very light activation force.

Half techie guy here with basic question. Could I run this on an old android phone sitting on a shelf with a large minisd card in the slot and call it a day?

Yup, here's a timestamp to the intro video where the author says it was "made for termux, born in termux": https://youtu.be/15_-hgsX2V0?t=889

Reminds me of the old Compiz plugin that would make your windows burst into flames on closing.

Sure, but I'm not directly affected by someone's buggy phone software. If a self driving Tesla crashes into me, that does affect me.

My self driving Tesla does better than most Tiktok-brained drivers. I know because I'm watching, just like the car. Two is better than one and I enjoy it thoroughly.

this site that has been previously posted on HN works well:

https://musicforprogramming.net/

Otherwise agree with psytrance / goa mixes. Techno can be good too if you are tired (eg: Sara Landry, 999999999). Trance can help to uplift if you are depressed. Classical to make you feel more ordered.. I love dubstep in my brain but it creates patterns that are counter-intuitive to doing any work — that genre makes me feel “free”.

In addition to musicforprogramming episodes, Colours of Ektoplazm is a 5 hour mix of goodness (great for focusing on a plane): https://ektoplazm.com/free-music/dj-basilisk-the-colours-of-...

There's a certain change of perspective with modern AI (by "modern" I mean Resnet and beyond). When I was deep into neural nets in the 1990s, they weren't that large, and I would think of them in terms of the number of weights and nodes - but modern deep learning seems to have has moved up a few levels of abstraction. (I stepped away from the field for a while). And there's a certain understanding people seem to have now regarding the "gradient flow" through the net and why certain architectures work well (Resnet, Unets etc). I must say I'm finding it tricky to shift into this new level of thinking. Also Transformers - still looking for an intuitive sense of how they work, haha.

3Blue1Brown's youtube channel has a lot of visualizations that may help. Transformers are video #6 in his neural networks playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZHQObOWTQDNU6R1_6700...

> Valued customer, we identified and are taking steps to address a security incident. We have taken down our website and some in store services as a precaution. Our team is working around the clock to fully restore operations. We appreciate your patience during this process. In the meantime, our Victoria’s Secret and PINK stores remain open and we look forward to serving you.
