One thing almost all arc clones dont get right and I talked with other arc users about this is that arc when surfing has no ui besides the border no top bar not tabs you can hide everything if you want to.

I downloaded Zen and what do i see a top bar which I can not hide or at least I can not find how to do it.

Okay I found it but its wanky at best. how do i show the topbar once its gone?

I get that this ia an alpha but yeah going back to arc feels much smoother

Good luck at the Hamburg, Germany airport then :D

I have lived in hamburg too and went from there often and I have never found besides going to the toilet a way of getting water.

The bigger joke is that the vending machines in an international airport only accept euro and no credit cards.

Maybe this changed since I have moved from hamburg to Stockholm 2 years ago. But the hamburg airport compared to Arlanda is a joke.

Schiphol has those fancy scanners and they allow to bring bottles with you and did so for years.
anon23432343 · 2 years ago
yes as has Arlanda for example. They now found a problem with them and now you even there from sept. 1 can not take more then 100ml

- Once the EU had 100ml rules. - Then new scanners were installed. - Where new scanners then you could take more then 100ml. - Problems found in new scanners now everybody has to take 100ml (temp. solution).

Why is this on top of HN?

Shameful self promotion into a cult?

I dont want to write in an extra window for code completion.

Maybe its just me but chatting in a separate window... whats the point ? I can just open a tab in a browser with chatgpt.

What I want is something that understand my code base and can give me tipps of wich functions to use or where to find stuff and so on. Thats what cost me time.

Understanding someone else code or my old code. That takes time.

Writing code tests is what takes away from my time.

Writing a bad version of bubble sort is not what I want.

Ha, what's the difference between a project manager and a product manager?

Two letters and about $50k-100k.

I've done both and it ends up being project management with a few extra steps. The extra steps being, "focusing on the market, solving customer problems, and being strategic.

You'll hear the classic adage of, ” well project managers deal with the how to execute and product managers deal with the what to execute" but the reality is over most orgs Ive been in, they're really just project managers who also have (something) of strategic vision aligned with the marketplace.

Don't tell product managers this because they'll get butt hurt and telling you how they aren't.
