The concept of "injecting" Japanese into text written in a different language is interesting. But I feel the presentation of word definitions are not great. Something similar to https://yomitan.wiki/ or https://jisho.org/search/kotoba would be preferred. E.g. 言葉ーことばーLanguage, word or phraseーKanji definitionsーSample sentence

With notepad.exe:

At the first line of the a .txt file put .LOG This will then put a timestamp at the end of the file every time you open it.

Also, if you press the F5 key it inserts a timestamp.

Been using this for years and it's pretty much all I ever needed.

Personally, I just use obsidian notes. Its simple enough, uses markdown, syncs to my phone. I like to break projects/problems out into checklists. Helps keep me motivated.

I don't use the 'linking' feature between notes. The whole 'second brain' thing seems like something you do to make a neat screenshot of your note graph. I just use regular old folders like a file directory. My notes have gotten a little messy though.

I think this is a wonderful idea. I have spent some time in the past teaching TOEFL and found that children enjoyed games more than anything else. Gamification of learning seems to me to be the way forward.

Using a well-known game such as UNO is a great idea for the reasons you state - not as much time wasted on explaining complicated instructions and children can help each other if needed.

Gamification is definitely a powerful tool! I also make Kahoot quizzes because they make learning feel like a game show. But I have fallen out of favor with Kahoot, because they have started to remove many previously free features.

But above all else, finding a way to keep students interested and engaged in the learning process is key!

Hey, checked it out. I like the whole idea and how you've made different sections.

However, have you planned to integrate a quick playable demo directly onto the landing page?

Sorry, I might have communicated this poorly, but the cards are physical playing cards!

I don't know if it has been mentioned already, but powertoys for windows has a text extraction tool/shortcut. It also supports multiple languages.
