I recently dropped ForesightJS, an open source Javascript library where developers can prefetch content based on mouse intent instead of onClick or onHover like we are used to doing.
Since ForesightJS is framework agnostic, it can be integrated with any JavaScript framework. While I haven't yet built integrations for every framework, ready-to-use implementations for React Router and Next.js are already available.
If you don't like twitter, here is the paper, it discusses a hybrid approach for calculating mathematical expressions by combining symbolic and analytical methods: https://dl.acm.org/doi/pdf/10.1145/3385412.3386037
Very, very neat, and a testament to the 'that's neat' way of doing science. I also love that the device has an innate 'periodicity' of movement. Somewhat reminiscent of the Strandbeest concept (also by a Dutch gentleman Theo Jansen).
Strandbeest is one of the coolest things ive seen in real life. For the people not knowing about it, Veritasium actually made a video about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFaAjR_RRJs.

I would love feedback on this project!
