Why would they have dumped billions into developing these vaccines in the first place if they expected to just lose the IP rights right away anyway? You might be able to save a small number of extra people this time by screwing over the vax manufacturers, but a lot more people will die next time when no one is willing to put up the R&D money.

Many of the vaccines were developed with public funding and for those that were not, then an amount that would cover R&D and incentivize future production could easily be reached so as to save millions of lives...

A decade? LOL amateur cannabis growers are johnny-come-latelies. This stuff was written about almost a century ago, and has been practiced widely for decades. The only thing that's happened in the past decade is that amateur (and pro) gardeners have started blogging and vlogging.

Pretty sure people grew and bred cannabis since thousands of years ago.

If you compare word processors to note taking apps of today which I think are very equivalent to the same use you'll find more than 55 tools. Word processors belong to an era where the computer replaced the typewriter and it's not needed any more these days. You can find commercial, free or open source note taking apps that are local or cloud based and offer a huge variety of features.

You could likely more than 55 open source text editors too. I could name at least 15 offhand, I think.

I'm in Asia, in a place with no laws. I won't beat a native person to death for this kind of thing, but if you're "peeing" in front of children, which I have seen multiple times from foreigners here, then get ready. If you're in a city, keep your fucking dick in your pants, just in case your around somebody like me that is shell shocked by too many experiences witnessing pathetic attempts at sexual assault, both "visual" and physical.

Or we could do something that actually helps like moving transportation and power generation to renewables.

Meat consumption is a huge driver of agriculture, which is responsible for the run off chemicals that are killing the reefs and it requires even more transportation and power consumption! Stop being so smug, you're clueless.

Not a crime in the UK fortunately.

It should be. A lot of men are opportunistic in this way, can't tell you how many times I've seen men doing this intentionally to kids, women, etc.

My wife has it happen like once a month at least... Keep your dick in your pants around me or I'll hack it off.
