Contradiction in terms.

You can't leak false information.

You can spread false information, but it's only a leak if it's true.

Sometimes spreading false information can also be unlawful, like claiming you found funding to take your company private for 18 times its share price, or calling a stranger a pedophile when they say your cave submarine isn't going to help. But it's still not "leaking".

Musk is closing in on his final goal, taking revenge on the rest of the world. Issuing threats has become his normal mode of operation, now he's adding commentary on how much seeing others getting punished to him means elation.
