Shrinking a Postgres Table

Very clearly written, though storing files directly in the database (rather than just the filename/path) isn't necessarily the best idea, but I guess it works for them for now..

The files aren’t stored in the database. This is just a record of a download. Things like ip, user agent, which episode, etc.
