I have a legacy personal Google Apps account, where one user account has 15GB of base storage plus 9GB of add-on storage (via various old promotions I think), so in total 24GB of storage.
That account has ~16 GB of stored data, so around 8GB free.
As of around an hour ago, when trying to edit documents in GDrive or GSheets, the account gets a "your storage is full" message making it impossible to do anything, and on Android clicking for more details shows 16GB used out of 15GB total (a wrong number).
Clicking on the message leads directly to a page showing indeed there's 8GB free.
Anyone else seeing something similar?
Sorry I don't have a solution here, but at least we're not alone.
Honestly, I regret ever signing up for the product that is now "legacy G Suite". It's been a rough experience over the years and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to migrate from this product to a regular Google account. (I looked into this back when they were threatening to discontinue the product.)
