If you lose your private keys, then you're no longer the owner of the bitcoins. Same as when you lost a dollar bill years ago. Would the judge rule that the developers of dollars. i.e. the Fed, has a duty to make everyone whole who lost their dollar bill?
Wright is quite a piece of shit at least in the way he acts. Kind of odd that such a secretive person(s) who dodged the limelight intentionally for so long turns out to be this loudmouth bitch who claims it's all his coins. I don't know the details of the case but what kind of moron would leave 111,000 BTC in one place _even if they were each only worth $1 USD_. Am I missing something here??
