It is "solved" in usa airbnb too , infact german one seems to have more fees/line items, not less.

can someone make a PSA to all the people making this "hosts pulling shit" comment on every single airbnb thread.
And yes you can also filter by total price.
On airbnb.com.au, the full cost is the default view, and you can change the pricing to USD very easily in the bottom floating footer.
I can say for short-term focus and motivation it's been life-changing.
I would frequently flip-flop between getting sucked into rabbit-holes and having too many things going on at once. I now find that I can focus on tasks much better throughout the work day. My quality of work has improved as I've been able to better focus my time on what matter.
My doc has warned that over time I likely will need dosage increases, but for now it's been a wonderful experience with very few side effects (headaches the first day or two).
Sure there are sacrifices to be made with respect to career options. You can't (or shouldn't) just move cities every three years when a new job comes up, but working remotely can level that playing field quite a bit.
The town itself might very well not be viable anymore. I’ve seen this happen in my own neck of the woods. It’s sad, but the death of small towns like this is just a reality of the economic policy we’ve chosen to pursue here.
Now who is "we" in this scenario?
The connection was rock solid, and then out of nowhere the audio just disappeared, without warning … but the call didn't drop. A few seconds later it returned. The person on the other end said they heard what sounded like a child for a second. I was perplexed.
Fast forward a week, and this happens again. I look at the call screen, and notice that the audio is being routed to Bluetooth? Opening it, it says I'm connected to my car. Not possible: I'm here, in my office, took a bus in.
I look up, baffled, and happen to see my wife drive by, 40 feet away, through a concrete wall and some glass.
Damn you, auto-connect. DAMN YOU.
Is she okay?
