It isn't my only source of income, but I've been diligent about growing it as a business and am starting to see some payoff.
I primarily work in Ableton Live. It's not only the most inspiring DAW that I know, but it is a fantastic performance tool as well.
Stimulants, especially crack cocaine, caused loads of crime in the 80s. I mean, it even does today - addicts crush and snort Adderall all the time for the high.
It's the 5% of the population with addictive personalities that ruins it for everyone else.
We could conclude that a lot of people are self-medicating without realizing it.

I think I'd rather get the fabled apple with a razorblade in it than Christian gospel in my trick or treat pail.
It's almost like a huge maze, grid, or some other pattern but painful to look at. The dream tends to be extremely unpleasant and usually returns after falling back asleep.
I was trying to explain it to a friend the other day and didn't do a very good job.
Never did find any kind of label for the symptoms. I kept a journal of the episodes for a while. They seemed to come up monthly when I was around 16.
At the very least it's validating to encounter others who had had similar experiences.
It seems like it couldn't possibly produce a dynamic that's much different than say corporate HR. Wherein the helping hand extended to the employee is always beneath that of the one that's protecting the company.
But, maybe that's just me exposing my rank cynicism, which by some measures is a personality flaw in its own right.
Sadly, the writing is on the wall for my trusty Hackintosh since they recently decided to drop support for AMD GPU acceleration on macOS.
