The problem was never in the time it takes to vacuum. You have to keep things neat and tidy enough in the first place in order to be able to vacuum. That’s where the time sink lies.

It seems a very odd merger, I’m guessing most of the rationale is going to be hidden.

Trying to stake a stagnant asset to one with limitless potential upside, should help the stock value, at least short term.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/abandonment_(of_trademark)

> Abandonment of a trademark occurs when the owner of the trademark deliberately ceases to use the trademark for three or more years, with no intention of using the trademark again in the future. When a trademark is abandoned, the trademark owner may no longer claim rights to the trademark. In effect, this frees the trademark so that anyone else can use it without recourse from the original trademark owner.

I would agree that for all intents and purposes, X abandoned Twitter…but it looks like the 3 year time frame has not yet occurred. If they could’ve stayed quite a bit longer, they may have been successful.

I am a security researcher and three letter agencies have talked to me more than a couple times about their interest in my work.

I got a used manual transmission easy to repair vehicle with no internet, no cell phone, I only use cash IRL, and the only device I travel with is a QubesOS laptop.

If the CIA wants to track me, they are going to have to work for it. I hope to waste as much of their time as possible.

I'm convinced bobcats (used generically) are the single most versatile and useful platform ever created. They're fun to drive and you can solve most problems with them. Not optimally for any specific task, but if something needs to be pushed or lifted or moved or pulled or flattened or piled, you can find a way.

An 863 with hi-flow 2 speed and a pivoting plow was the most ideal snowplow I've ever played with.

I think you’d find other sites a better recipient of your submissions. A cursory glance at your post history indicates the ‘Israel’ portion of the article far exceeds any ‘Tech’ interest.

Unfortunately, a case by case analysis would be required. However, if they are from a country with its own visa (that is, Australia, Canada, Chile, Mexico, and Chile), it's relatively easy to get engineers visas.

Not sure you meant to, but you wrote Chile down twice in your list.

“…This situation goes to the heart of the present conundrum: in order to holistically admit a diverse and representative class, we need to admit students who may be at a higher risk of not succeeding (e.g. with lower retention rates, higher DFW rates, and longer time-to-degree).”

I think Trump's just been running a simple popularity-seeking loop for a while. Do a thing; if his people like it, do it more; otherwise do it less.

I've heard that even Hitler was like this: that he didn't start out hating Jews, but repeatedly reacted to the fact that he got louder cheers whenever he blamed things on Jews. But I don't know how to verify if this is true.

Hitler was enthralled by Henry Ford, and copied what he learned about anti-semitism.

See also: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pykrete - an alloy of the two greatest structural materials of all time, ice and sawdust!

It turns out that if you don't need your ship to go fast, all you need to do is have a structure that can produce enough displacement to be bouyant and stable. You could carve a ship out of marble if you wanted.
