It would not be the first time that a company has been tanked with the intention of purchasing it at its lowest value.
A “good Knight” charges in offering 1 cent on the dollar (or .1 or .01 etc.) the purchasing company may appear as having no association with said person, but is indeed deemed “a friendly “

I have a hard time with news outlets taking articles, in which the authors highlight the need for further research, and suggest the findings as fact. I know it says “may”, but that’s not how people read it.
