The paradox of tolerance specifically states that one must not be tolerant of intolerance. Hence, a paradox.
Tolerance is a social contract of leaving alone others whose ways differ from your own so long as they do the same for you.
One must not tolerate those that call for violence and subjugation of differing groups, which is almost the exact opposite meaning your comment seems to be implying in my reading of it, instead calling for wholly unfiltered speech by whosoever should deem to speak.
Racists and similar hatemongers calling for others to tolerate them while they are screaming for those they disparage to be caste down and out cannot be tolerated in any reasonable forum.
As such, any reasonable forum must ban some facets of free speech.
That we disallow this power for governments is a reasonable limit on the powers of the elected to rule, lest those powers be abused.
This is probably the best summary / example I have read on how to explain the paradox of tolerance.

what is involved in the packaging process ? I believe they don't ship fully assembled chips to Taiwan only to be put in a pretty box ?
I'm making an educated guess but probably the cutting of chips from the wafers, placing them into the appropriate ceramic socket types (DIP, BFGA, SMD etc), soldering the line wires from chip to pin, encasing the chip, etc.

if someone tells me they have a decent egpu setup with framework that's another purchase pretty much guaranteed
I'm running an nVidia GTX1080 in an eGPU enclosure connected to my framework and it works pretty well. Have to disable the Intel Iris card in device manager to get games to use the 1080 and then re-enable it before you undock, but other than that, it's seamless.

And also reimburse the people who sacrificed to pay theirs off or avoid them in the first place. I’d donate my reimbursement if they did, but of course they won’t.
I paid off my student loans. My wife has student loans still.
If next year all new college students get free tuition I'm not going to be upset that I had to pay.
I'm going to be happy that they don't have my burden.
We as a society need to push the next generation up, not complain that they don't have it as hard as we do.

I don't care what one's view is on the appropriate scale and role of federal governance, some operations are best and only accomplished at that level,
