DrStartup commented on 6 weeks of Claude Code   blog.puzzmo.com/posts/202... · Posted by u/mike1o1

I have about two weeks of using Claude Code and to be honest, as a vibe coding skeptic, I was amazed. It has a learning curve. You need to learn how to give it proper context, how to chunk up the work, etc. And you need to know how to program, obviously. Asking it to do something you don't know how to do, that's just asking for a disaster. I have more than 25 years of experience, so I'm confident with anything Claude Code will try to do and can review it, or stop and redirect it. About 10-15 years ago, I was dreaming about some kind of neural interface, where I could program without writing any code. And I realized that with Claude Code, it's kind of here.

A couple of times I hit the daily limits and decided to try Gemini CLI with the 2.5 pro model as a replacement. That's not even comparable to Claude Code. The frustration with Gemini is just not worth it.

I couldn't imagine paying >100$/month for a dev tool in the past, but I'm seriously considering upgrading to the Max plans.

We're working with an enterprise customer on exactly this problem. The hardest part is entity resolution - figuring out who "Acme Inc" actually is from messy transaction data and what they do.

We built an AI agent specifically for this that's backed by 265M legal entities. Last week it tested 160% better than our customer's existing system on their real data.

Still in stealth but happy to share our API docs if anyone's dealing with this: https://docs.savvyiq.ai/api-reference/#tag/entity-resolution

Open to chat about this problem if anyone wants to connect - email is in my HN profile.

(Disclosure: I'm the CTO)

entity resolution is the killer feature. context engineering is the problem with this benchmark attempt. The agent plan seemed to one shot, and the fact that the LLMs could write their own tools without validation or specific multi shot examples is worrisome. To me way to much left to the whims of the llms - with out proper context.

This is awesome! Why bun over deno? Curious your decision making process there. Making a similar but opposite decision there.

I think you might want to elaborate on why this stack is good.

Right now it’s summarized as “typesafe fullstack monorepo”… But that’s so dense, it’s practically just three buzzwords together. A more realistic description of the pros and cons would be welcome.

I’ve never heard of Hono, and I’d personally need a lot more convincing to pick an unknown framework for a new app.

Not a dev, but I know what these are. Maybe the post was meant for people that know. Bun / deno new nodejs. Hono new koa new express. Vite new webpack. React still React but most popular.
