I’m also doing this but it adds punctuations, paragraphs and chapter headers because most raw YouTube transcripts lack proper punctuation

If you're shopping around for new ways to learn languages from watching movies/tv, I'm working on another language learning application. I just wrote up the basic features this weekend [1]

I prefer to use revanced. I noticed that newpipe sometimes had issues playing videos while revanced can play the same video with no problem

If anyone else is as frustrated as I was with the article mentioning “the DAW” 73 times without defining once what the actual acronym stands for, it’s “Digital Audio Workstation”.

The New York Times recently outsourced its sports section to The Athletic, a YC startup which the NYT now owns. 35 sports reporters will be "reassigned". It's partly union-busting - the NYT is unionized, but The Athletic is not.
